• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL is welcome but not required)
• Must pass background check and drug screening

• Trash pickup and debris removal (Frequent walking)
• Assist patrons with assorted issues
• Tow truck assistance
• Landscaping (String trim, mowing, weed control)
• Delineation and sign maintenance
• Routine inspections
• Daily flag placements
• Snow shoveling (Various areas)
• Other duties as assigned

• Strong situational awareness and ability to stay calm under pressure
• Effective communication with agencies, coworkers, and the public
• Problem-solving ability to quickly assess and respond to incidents
• Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable

• Able to work independently or as part of a team
• Flexible to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours

• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs
• Frequent walking, standing, bending, climbing, and balancing
• Work outdoors in all Colorado weather conditions, from summer heat to winter cold
• Regular exposure to traffic hazards, heavy equipment, and emergency situations (PPE provided)

• Sunday and Monday from 1:00 pm - 9:30 pm (Including holidays if it falls on the schedule for that work day)
• Thursday: 7:00 - 3:30 pm
• Friday & Saturday 4:30 am - 1:00 pm
