HVAC Service Technician

Overview

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced HVAC Service Technicians for projects located in Strasburg, CO. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $45/hour based on experience and skill level. • Perform maintenance, troubleshoot, diagnostics and repairs on residential HVAC systems
• Respond to on‑call service requests as needed
• Deliver exceptional workmanship and professional customer service
• Accurately document service calls, diagnostics, and work performed

• Minimum 5 years of verifiable HVAC service experience (residential focus)
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) – valid driver’s license required
• Own HVAC hand tools and reliable transportation
• Able to work independently, manage your schedule, and troubleshoot without supervision
• Must be punctual, professional, and team‑oriented
• Willing to participate in an on‑call rotation for emergency service coverage
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
