We are seeking a skilled and versatile Handyman / Home Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you'll handle a wide variety of residential maintenance, repair, and improvement projects.

The ideal candidate has experience in multiple trades, can work independently, and takes pride in doing quality work. Every day may look different, so adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn are essential.

• General Home Repairs: Perform common household repairs, including drywall patching, minor carpentry, door and hardware repairs, caulking, and other maintenance tasks.
• Home Improvement: Install shelving, fixtures, trim, cabinetry, blinds, ceiling fans, and other household improvements within applicable licensing requirements.
• Exterior Maintenance: Perform gutter cleaning, fence and deck repairs, siding repairs, pressure washing, and general exterior upkeep.
• Painting & Finishing: Complete interior and exterior touch-up painting, drywall finishing, staining, and minor cosmetic repairs.
• Preventative Maintenance: Inspect and maintain various components of residential properties to help homeowners avoid larger repairs.
• Troubleshooting: Identify problems, recommend practical solutions, and communicate necessary repairs or additional work.
• Customer Service: Communicate professionally with homeowners, explain completed work, and ensure customers have a positive experience.
• Safety & Quality: Follow established safety practices, maintain clean job sites, and ensure work meets company quality standards.
• Tools & Equipment: Properly maintain tools, equipment, materials, and company vehicles.
• Documentation: Record completed work, materials used, and any additional issues identified using company-provided software.

• Experience: Previous experience in handyman services, residential maintenance, remodeling, construction, or a related trade is strongly preferred.

  Working knowledge of basic carpentry, drywall repair, painting, fixture installation, and general home maintenance.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose common household problems and determine effective repair solutions.
• Independence: Comfortable working independently, managing assigned projects, and completing work without constant supervision.
• Customer Service: Strong communication skills, professionalism, and respect for customers and their properties.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, use hand and power tools, and perform physical work indoors and outdoors.
• Transportation: Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel between job sites.
• Technology: Ability to use a smartphone or mobile application to review assignments, document work, and communicate with the team.
• Versatility: Willingness to learn new skills, take on a variety of projects, and assist with other company services when needed.

Additional experience with plumbing, electrical, flooring, roofing, deck construction, or remodeling is a plus. Work requiring a licensed professional will be assigned accordingly.

Compensation is based on experience, skill level, and the type of work performed.
