This position will work directly with the Juvenile Services/Colorado Youth Detention Case Manager and be directly responsible for serving in the Juvenile Diversion Program for youth/families that are Spanish‑speaking. It provides intervention services for youth and families who are at risk of further involvement in the Juvenile Justice System, assists in initiating, managing, and monitoring Juvenile Diversion contracts, helps develop program components, and administers mandated screening tools to identify evidence‑based programming that carries out the mandates of the diversion statutes as outlined in the Colorado Revised Statutes.
The position also supports FAST with truancy assessment and reporting.
The County is open to filling this position as either:
- One full‑time position (1.0 FTE), or
- Two part‑time positions (0.5 FTE each).
This position is currently supported by grant funding, which allows us to advance the county’s strategic initiatives. Employment beyond the current grant period is dependent on funding availability.
Pay RateThe hourly range is from $29.51 to $33.59, depending on experience, plus partial benefits.
The County pays monthly on the last weekday of the month.

Requirements- Must possess a valid Colorado driver’s license.
- Must complete ICS 100 and ICS 700 within the first year of employment.
- Bachelor’s degree with a major in social, behavioral, human services, or a related field is required.
- A minimum of 1–2 years of previous case management experience is required.
- Bilingual in Spanish and culturally competent
- Restorative Justice and Trauma‑Informed training required within 6 months of hire
