Senior Full Stack Developer

Location: Broomfield

• Hands on Development Position – 80% of time coding
• Full stack software developer who will design and develop reliable, scalable and maintainable customer operations tools that support troubleshooting for our Technical Support teams
• Design dashboards to collect metrics from various systems for alerting including real‑time health status for in‑flight aircraft
• Automate manual processes using innovative technology solutions
• Provide Level of Effort estimates for requirements and input on solution direction
• Track project tasks, provide status and ensure tasks completed on schedule
• Troubleshoot defects and code resolutions
• Guide implementation of best practices for application design/development
• Comprehensively unit test your code

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience with software development
• 4+ years of experience with Java
• 4+ years of experience with React/Redux
• 2+ years working with Python

Required Skills, Experience and Talents

• Strong skills in designing and consuming RESTful APIs
• Experience developing with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and Node.js
• Unit testing experience
• Experience using SCM tools such as Git
• Strong XP/SCRUM/Agile work ethic and ability to contribute productively to a fast‑paced development team, delivering demonstrable code in 2‑week increments

Desirable Skills, Experience and Talents

• Proven ability to negotiate timeline and architecture across functional teams
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment without direct supervision
• Experience developing using Golang, Type Script
• Self‑starter who works well under pressure and consistently meets deadlines
• Experience and/or interest in Airline and/or Telecommunications
• Strong written and oral communication skills

Base Pay

–  USD Annual

Target Annual Short‑Term Incentive

Bonus Plan at 10% of Annualized Base Pay
