About the Job

We are looking to hire an Infrastructure / Dev Ops Engineer to join our growing Battlespace Awareness team. This role owns the CI/CD and integration test infrastructure that keeps our command and control (C2) software reliable as it scales, and supports the observability stack — dashboards, metrics, and data pipelines that gives engineers and customers visibility into system health. You'll maintain what's running in production today and help lead the team's migration to next‑generation infrastructure tooling.

What You'll Do

Support integration test CI/CD infrastructure

• Maintain and improve the team's current CI/CD systems
• Help lead the team's infrastructure using:
  Terraform, RKE2, ArgoCD, alongside traditional Dev Ops work (build systems, environment provisioning, release engineering).

Support observability and data infrastructure

• Build and maintain Grafana dashboards and Prometheus metrics for system and test observability.
• Support integration with the team's Data Lake for test and system performance data.

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Kubernetes and/or Docker Compose in a production environment.
• Experienced in Git Hub branch management and release management practices.
• Hands‑on CI software testing experience, especially with CircleCI.
• Experience with Grafana and Prometheus
• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and ArgoCD
• Comfortable using AI coding assistants (Claude or Codex) as part of your day‑to‑day workflow.
• Proficient in Python or another…
