Swisslog Healthcare is seeking a Software Engineer to support the customer support organization by investigating software issues and analyzing logs. You will document defects in Jira with root-cause analysis and proposed solutions, communicate updates, and collaborate with teams on resolutions.
You will design and develop software updates, participate in SCRUM, and apply object‑oriented principles. Familiarity with Java/C++/C#, Python, Flask, Azure, SQL Server, and CRM tools is expected.
