Girls Softball Head Coach – 2025‑2026 School Year

GO LONGHORNS! Basalt High School seeks an energetic, dedicated, and inspiring Girls Softball Head Coach for the  School Year. Coaches instruct student-athletes in the fundamental skills, team strategies and physical training necessary for them to realize a degree of individual and team success. At the same time, the students shall receive instruction that will lead to the formulation of moral values, pride of accomplishment, acceptable social behavior and communication skills, self-discipline, and self-confidence.

• Coaching student-athletes in softball fundamentals, team strategies, and physical training.
• Developing and maintaining a positive, inclusive team environment.
• Encouraging student growth in moral values, self‑discipline, and self‑confidence.
• Providing instruction that promotes social behavior and communication skills.

• Prior coaching experience strongly desired.
• Substantial soccer knowledge and instructional/motivational rapport with students.

Salary Range: $3,699.00 – $4,587.00, depending on paid coaching experience.
