We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Track Coach to join our Eaton High School swim program. You will play a vital role in helping our student-athletes reach their full potential. If you're passionate about track and committed to making a positive impact on the lives of young athletes, we want to hear from you!

Reports To: Athletic Director

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating the track program at the High School level
• Develop and implement practice programs to promote individual and team development
• Instruct student-athletes on track techniques, rules, and strategies
• Assess student-athlete skills and provide constructive feedback
• Maintain equipment, supplies, and uniforms
• Serve as a liaison between the track program, staff, administration, and the public
• Support the planning and execution of practices and matches
• Model sportsmanship behavior and maintain a high level of professionalism
• Complete administrative tasks, such as record-keeping and distributing eligibility forms

Qualifications:

• Experience as a track participant or coach
• High School Diploma/GED
• CPR Certification
• CHSAA test and regulation
• Concussion Education
• Mental Health testing
• Mandatory Reporting
• Ability to work collaboratively with the Athletic Director, and other stakeholders
