Base Pay Range

$22.00/hr – $28.05/hr

Location & Hours

Beaver Creek Village, CO. Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays 2:00 pm–9:00 pm (indoors at Hawk’s Nest Cabin, Beaver Creek’s Teen and Event Space, and special events during winter).

Job Summary

Specialist Events role focused on the daily tasks involved in the operations of on‑mountain events—from setup to execution, tear down, and clean up. Gain valuable work experience and transferable skills.

Job Specifications
  • Starting Wage: $22.00/hr – $28.05/hr.
  • Employment Type:

    Winter Seasonal 2025/2026.

    Part‑time (available hours).
  • Minimum Age: 18 years.

Job Responsibilities
  • Organize operational schedule & calendar in conjunction with event schedule.
  • Communicate all upcoming events via Event Prospectus.
  • Manage logistics support for all on‑mountain events.
  • Maintain ongoing communication across mountain division departments regarding on‑mountain operations that may impact events.
  • Support day‑of event logistics.
  • Provide safety and operations plans for all events, to be attached to Event Prospectus.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience supervising or managing mountain operations or event management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Prior experience with scheduling.
  • Effective presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Preferred ability to lift 50 pounds or more.
