Outside Services Lead

The Sonnenalp Club in Edwards is looking for an Outside Services Lead. Position starts April 2026 through October 2026.

$21.00-$25.00 per hour plus cash tips (typically average an additional $4.00–$10.00 per hour, though amounts may vary based on business levels)

5 days per week

Assist the Head Golf Professional and 1st Assistant Golf Professional with management of all day-to-day Outside Service Team operations. Duties of the position shall be preformed with a commitment to provide “world class” service to all members and guests.

• Provide sincere and courteous service to all members and guest during all interactions.
• Lead the Outside Service Team to ensure “world class” service is given to all members and guests daily.
• Lead the Outside Service Team with overall upkeep of the clubhouse, cart storage area and parking lot.
• Lead the Outside Service Team with the setup and execution of golf tournaments.
• Ensure the Outside Service Team is maintaining the cart staging and bag drop areas in a neat an orderly fashion.
• Assists in educating players regarding course policy, speed of play and so forth.
• May direct start of golf play.
• Preforms practice range maintenance such as: practice golf ball inventory over the course of the day.
• Maintains accurate records of guests renting golf clubs and services the guest who is renting clubs.
• Assists in managing golf car fleet as it relates to regular maintenance, and ensuring repairs are completed in a timely manner.
• Assists with orientation and training given to new Outside Service Team members. Works with Head Golf Professional and 1 st Assistant Golf Professional to develop ongoing training programs.
• Assists with Food & Beverage activities as needed.
• Incorporates safe works practices in job performance.
• Preforms other duties as required.

• High School Diploma; one (1) year related experience and/or training.
• Experience at a high-end Private Club or Resort preferred

• Valid Driver’s License Required
• Basic computer skills
• Maintain certification in First Aid and CPR training
• Well organized and detail oriented

• Frequent reaching, standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and balancing
