C&H Solutions is a locally operated company based in Ault, Colorado, serving the construction, excavation, agricultural, and heavy equipment industries throughout Northern Colorado.

We are looking for an experienced, dependable Class A CDL Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, takes pride in their equipment, and is comfortable hauling a variety of materials and heavy equipment.

• Operate Class A commercial vehicles, including side dump trailers and tankers.
• Transport construction materials, aggregate, equipment, and other materials to and from job sites.
• Safely load, secure, transport, and unload materials and equipment.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections in accordance with DOT regulations.
• Maintain accurate driving logs, inspection reports, and required documentation.
• Follow all federal, state, and company transportation and safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, and job site personnel.
• Monitor vehicle condition and report maintenance or mechanical concerns promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper care of assigned trucks and trailers.
• Assist with additional job site responsibilities as needed.
• Represent C&H Solutions professionally when interacting with customers, vendors, and other team members.

Required:

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Tanker endorsement.
• Acceptable driving record.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe commercial driving practices.
• Ability to perform vehicle inspections and properly secure loads.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to workplace safety and company policies.

Preferred:

• Previous experience operating side dump trailers and tankers.
• Experience with lowboy trailers and transporting heavy equipment.
• Experience working in construction, excavation, or agricultural environments.
• Familiarity with Northern Colorado roads and job sites.

$28.00-$37.00 per hour
