Major Responsibilities- Complete online orders for hardware, cable, and other items for the ADT Consumer Small Business office and process purchase orders to maintain inventory levels in the SSO warehouse.
- Ensure the local warehouse is safe, organized, and secure, taking corrective action when necessary.
- Use the Perpetual Inventory system daily to document transactions, reconcile physical with booked inventory, and investigate discrepancies.
- Pull and issue hardware for Residential, Small Business, and Core Commercial installations.
- Replenish truck stock for each fleet vehicle and move material from distribution trucks into the warehouse.
- Open shipments, verify parts, unpack, and reconcile items, forwarding receipts to Accounts.
- Enter shelf locators into the Perpetual Inventory system and stock shelves according to established levels and guidelines.
- Deliver incoming material to the proper destination and document it into the appropriate sub‑inventory.
- Maintain product knowledge and answer technical questions related to work orders.
- Examine returned equipment to determine repair, warranty, return, or disposal in accordance with Perpetual Inventory and Sarbanes‑Oxley guidelines.
- Maintain documents per Legal retention policies and control logs, copies of all invoice transactions, in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
Skills and Abilities
- High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.
- Preferred 3 years of material handling and inventory control experience.
- Experience with a computerized perpetual inventory management system.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, especially Excel).
- Attention to detail.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to climb a ladder.
- Valid driver’s license.
Pay range: $18.33 - $30.54 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Benefits include healthcare, a 401(k) plan with company match, short‑term and long‑term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, paid time off, and 6 paid holidays. Employees accrue up to 120 hours in their first year, with increased accrual thereafter. Final date to receive applications: 12/26/25.
