Yard Associate

Join to apply for the YARD ASSOCIATE role at Heritage Landscape Supply Group, Inc.

This full‑time position focuses on stocking the yard and warehouse areas, shipping and receiving products, and loading/unloading trucks. The work week is Monday through Friday, with opportunities for overtime during the busy season.

• Stocking, receiving, pulling, and staging all yard/warehouse products.
• Loading, unloading, and securing product for customers, delivery vehicles, and inbound trucks.
• Keeping the yard area neat and organized.
• Operating forklifts in outdoor environments.
• Focusing on safe work practices, such as wearing PPE and using proper lifting techniques, while performing daily duties and using company equipment.
• Performing other related duties as assigned.

• Basic computer knowledge and Internet use.
• Forklift experience helpful, not required.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds; 50 pounds on a repetitive basis.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) is helpful, but not required.
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug test.

The base salary for this position typically falls within the range of $19.00 to $20.91 per hour. Depending on the role, associates may also be eligible for overtime, performance‑based bonus programs, or commissions.
