Associate Account Manager – entry‑level role for recent graduates who want to build a career in sales and account management. The position offers extensive on‑the‑job training and will serve as the first step toward becoming a full Account Manager.

• Completing hands‑on training in the yard, gaining experience in material flow, safety protocols, and metal recycling logistics.
• Assisting account managers with client relationships, pricing strategies, and account performance analysis.
• Learning negotiation techniques and market dynamics to prepare for managing your own client portfolio.
• Collaborating with operations teams to ensure service excellence and deliver effective solutions.
• Transiting to a full Account Manager after successful training, managing clients, negotiating contracts, and driving revenue growth.
• Supporting reporting and data analysis to monitor account performance and identify growth opportunities.

• Recent graduate in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Willingness to work in both office and yard environments during training.
• Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn the business end‑to‑end.
