The Machinists Institute is a nonprofit apprenticeship and training organization that provides world class training to current and future aerospace, automotive and manufacturing workers. We are focused on providing living-wage career opportunities through education and training across the state. We are hiring a Part-Time Instructor for programs to be run in and around Colton, CA.

Required:
Candidates must be proficient in English and Spanish and able to communicate effectively in both languages to support daily job responsibilities. *
The Successful Candidates will have experience in one or more of the following:
- Manufacturing principles and practices
- Manual and/or CNC Machine set-up and operation and maintenance
- Hydraulics, pneumatics and compressor operation and maintenance
- Electrical and electronic fundamentals
- CAD and CAM software usage
- Lubrication Systems
- Power Trains, Drive Trains, Clutch and Transmission servicing
- Blueprint reading and mechanical assembly
- Hands on experience with heavy equipment repair and maintenance
