Fiesta Village Park Attendant Team

Join Our Fiesta Village Park Attendant Team at Fiesta Village Family Fun Park.

The primary responsibility of a Park Attendant is to ensure the total “Fiesta Village Experience” for our guests and to assist each guest at the Arcade, Skating Rink, Go Kart Track, and Batting Cages.

• Safety – operating heavy equipment, attention to detail is a must!
• Guest Service – create legendary experiences & memories for our guests.
• Cleanliness – ride area, walkways, trash cans, restrooms, etc.—make it sparkle.
• Sense of urgency – when assisting any guests or team members.
• Welcome guests as they enter the park.
• Provide directions/answer questions: restroom locations, park hours, etc.
• Use radio to find answers when unsure.
• Share a greeting with every guest within 10 feet.
• Thank guests for visiting when leaving.
• Rate of pay: $15.50 per hour.
• This job requires a combination of walking and standing for extended periods; good communication skills and enjoyment of outdoor work are necessary.
• Honesty is the number one requirement in dealing with guests, crew members, and the company.
• Friendly attitude and commitment to excellence.
• Schedule requirement: work days scheduled, on time; evenings, weekends, summer months, holidays.
• Appearance: wear required uniform; personal hygiene important.
• Drug/alcohol policy: strictly forbidden under the influence.
• Excellent people skills and courtesy at all times.
