In this vital role, you'll ensure inventory accuracy through thorough reporting, cycle counting, date checks, shortage investigations, driver return handling, and quality control inspections. Some of your duties may include :

• Conduct daily cycle counts and reconciliation of inventory.
• Maintain physical inventory quantities and verify them against the perpetual records.
• Validate customer returns against return sheets, Pickups and invoices.
• Ability to learn / comprehend two computer systems (Power Warehouse / Power Enterprise system) and keep in sync.
• Verify that dates and product quality meet the highest standards.
• Maintain the safety, quality, and legality of food products.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working in cold environments (-5°F to 45°F).
• Ability to be on your feet for extended periods.
• Able to reach and bend.

• High school diploma or equivalent (college experience a plus).
• Previous experience with inventory control or cycle counting.
