As part of our Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) team in Colton, California, you’ll play a key role in protecting our people, our environment, and our communities. This is your chance to be part of a hands‑on, fast‑paced recycling operation where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to make an impact.

• Assisting the EHS Manager in promoting a strong safety culture and implementing company‑wide safety initiatives, training, and compliance programs.
• Performing regular yard and facility inspections to identify hazards, ensure regulatory compliance, and recommend improvements.
• Maintaining accurate training records, incident reports, and monthly safety documentation; monitoring and reporting EHS performance metrics.
• Participating in investigations of incidents and near‑misses, conducting Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), and supporting corrective measures.
• Ordering, stocking, and distributing PPE and safety materials across operational sites.
• Contributing to waste management, recycling initiatives, and environmental reporting aligned with AIM’s sustainability goals; travel between sites 40–60%.

• Minimum of 2 years of directly related experience.
• Travel between sites 40–60% of the time.
• Preferred Bachelor's degree.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Fully bilingual in English & Spanish.
• Physically able to conduct inspections and carry equipment used for inspections.
• Valid driver’s license.
