Sales Representative

Position Summary:

The Pre-Owned Bus Sales Representative is responsible for prospecting, generating, and closing sales while developing and maintaining excellent relationships with new and existing clients. This role requires a proactive, customer-focused individual with strong communication and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced sales environment.

• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of used bus inventory, pricing, and specifications.
• Review and monitor inventory daily to identify sales opportunities.
• Generate new leads, manage prospects, and secure new business opportunities.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales goals and performance targets.
• Schedule and conduct prospecting activities to secure appointments with key decision-makers.
• Prepare and deliver professional proposals and presentations to potential customers.
• Draft and process sales agreements, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and on time.
• Obtain and manage necessary documents for new vendor setup and client transactions.
• Stay informed of market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to adjust strategies accordingly.
• Coordinate closely with the Service Department to ensure vehicles are repaired, cleaned, and ready for customer delivery.
• Ensure timely customer payments and maintain communication throughout the sales process.
• Model and promote the company’s Core Values.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
