We are hiring Local Class A CDL Day Cab Drivers for a high-paying, home-daily fleet operating out of Colton, CA.This position features 100% no-touch freight servicing regional distribution accounts. It offers strong weekly mileage,reliable home daily schedules, and full W2 employee benefits.
Schedule & Home Time- Home Time: Home Daily.
- Work Week: Standard work schedule with a 6-day work week required during peak seasonal volumes (1 day off per week).
- Shifts: Operating in a 24-hour dispatch environment. Specific shift start times are assigned based on operational needs upon completing onboarding.
- Equipment: Day Cab (Slip-seat operation). Trucks cannot be taken home; reliable daily personal transportation is required.
- Freight: 100% No-Touch Freight.
- Deliveries: Typically 1 to 2 stops per day, originating from local Walmart Distribution Centers.
- Weekly Mileage: Averaging 1,700 miles per week.
- Delivery Locations: Los Angeles Basin, Inland Empire, Orange County, and San Diego County.
- Average Weekly Pay: $1,550 – $2,030 per week.
- Pay Structure: Band Mileage Pay + Stop Pay + Detention Pay.
- Bonus: $1,000 Holiday Start Bonus.
- Employment Type: W2 Employee.
- Benefits Package: Full medical, dental, vision, and retirement benefits included.
- License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Experience: Minimum of 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL tractor-trailer experience.
- Hiring Radius: Must reside within 35 miles of Colton, CA and have reliable daily transportation to report to the yard.
