Fulfillment & Inventory Control Associate — Colton, CAA day in the life

It’s a busy morning in our Colton warehouse. You’re helping receive a delivery, checking counts and quality as cartons come off the truck. A teammate calls out an urgent order—within minutes you’ve picked, packed, and staged it for shipment so it arrives on time. Between orders, you tidy your area, follow safety procedures, and jump in on a quick stock count.

A pallet jack helps you move heavier loads with ease. Before your shift wraps, you flag a discrepancy to your supervisor so it can be resolved fast. Every action you take keeps our operation accurate, safe, and moving.

What you’ll handle

Receive and process inbound shipments, verifying quantities and product condition.

Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for timely dispatch.

Keep work areas clean and organized while following safety protocols.

Support inventory tasks: cycle counts, restocking, and shelf organization.

Operate a pallet jack safely and efficiently.

Work closely with teammates to hit daily goals and deadlines.

Report issues or discrepancies to the supervisor promptly.

What you bring

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Previous warehouse experience is a plus.

Comfort lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.

Strong attention to detail and sound organizational habits.

Basic math abilities for counts and order verification.

Reliable team player who can also work independently.

Flexible schedule with willingness to work overtime when needed.
