In this role you’ll serve as the assistant manager, overseeing every aspect of the store’s operations—from ensuring every crew member follows policies, to maintaining cash control, inventory and customer relations. You’ll learn essential skills like judgment, math, and multitasking, all while enjoying a fun and flexible work environment that gives you experience for the future.
JOBRESPONSIBILITIES
- All cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations during your shift.
- Follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time and set the example for the crew.
- Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, work to a schedule, maintain a perfect image and adherence to standards, provide great customer service, attendance & punctuality, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.
Many team members started as delivery drivers and today are successful Domino’s franchise owners. Career pathways include Delivery Driver → Management → General Manager → Franchisee or Manager Corporate Operations.

QUALIFICATIONS- Operate all equipment.
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‐in cooler.
- Prepare product.
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
- Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
- Orientation and training provided on the job.
- Communication skills: comprehend and give correct written instructions; communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
- Mathematical skills: add, subtract, multiply and divide accurately and quickly, make correct monetary change.
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
- Motor coordination: rapid and accurate movements for precise tasks.
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

- Hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F or higher.
- Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
- Talking and hearing on the telephone.
- Near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks.
- Depth perception.
- Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS- Standing: most tasks from a standing position.
- Walking: short distances for short durations.
- Sitting: paperwork performed at a desk or table.
- Lifting: bulk product deliveries (≤50 lbs) unloaded using a hand truck; lifting cases to shelves up to 72 high.
- Carrying: pizza sauce (30 lbs), trays of dough (≈12 lbs per tray, 3 at a time).
- Pushing: trays on dollies (~24‑30 lbs, up to 7.5 lbs force). Trays may also be pulled.
- Climbing: occasional stairs or ladder to change prices, wash walls, perform maintenance.
- Driving: delivering product by car to customer; safe driving record. Access to an insured vehicle.
- Orientation: navigation skills to read maps, locate addresses in delivery area; navigate adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings, private homes, and other sites.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
