The Packaging Operator is responsible for all basic level shipping tasks in the builds department. They are responsible for processing, packaging and/or palletizing shipments to customers and vendors.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide support to the packaging areas by processing skid orders, full-length orders, and small package orders.
• Package small parts boxes
• Palletize or band panels and operate packaging equipment in all areas of shipping.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Embodies the 80/20 attitude in all aspects of their work.
• Prior experience with packing products in a fast-paced environment (retail, service industry, etc.).
• Can read, write and speak English.
• Able to stand, twist, bend, stoop, kneel and lift 40 lbs. on a continuous basis for an 10
  -hour workday.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 or more years of experience packing and preparing products for shipment in a production/manufacturing environment or similar experience packing and preparing products in a similar work environment (retail, service industry, etc.)

High School or better.
