This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office.

Sets up and operates cell manufacturing and test equipment in order to produce final product. Inspects parts as needed for product quality. Performs standard work and uses process control methods to complete the manufacturing process. Performs routine preventative maintenance on tools and equipment. Reads and interprets all process documents, follows detailed procedures and maintains applicable records. Assists in training of new associates on standard processes within manufacturing, changeovers and inspection.

Communicates cell production issues to Production Team Leader and/or other team members. Interfaces with purchasing, engineering, and customer service as needed to deliver product to meet customer expectations. Willingness to work in numerous capacities, ranging from molding, machine operating, assembly, potting, washing, painting, inspecting, and other duties as assigned.

• Reads and interprets diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, or reports to determine material requirements and/or assembly instructions.
• Selects, aligns, and secures tooling, accessories, and materials on machines, such as hydraulic presses, burnish/test machines, assembly fixtures, air or electric power tools and magnetizers.
• Enters appropriate settings and adjusts and calibrates equipment as needed for the assigned production order.
