Fort Wayne Metals is seeking a Manufacturing Technician – Wiredrawer for our Columbia City plant, with a path to our Fort Wayne location by late 2027. Start pay is $25.32/hr with progression to $29.79/hr in ~6 months and a regular 36-hour week.
You’ll work Fri–Sun nights ensuring wire drawing quality and machine performance in a fast-paced environment. The role offers day-one PTO/holiday eligibility, paid weekly, and dedicated trainers to help you succeed.
