Behavior Technician Autism

Job Overview

Behavior Technician – Part‑time, $24 per hour, with paid built‑in increase. Located in Kalispell, Montana, Advanced Therapy Clinic provides ABA, ST, OT, PT, and Nutrition Therapy to children with a variety of disabilities or delays.

• Implement behavior plans created by a BCBA.
• Provide direct services to children with autism and behavioral challenges.
• Document sessions through our electronic data system.
• Follow client‑specific goals.
• Communicate progress and feedback to families and team members.

• Fun and energetic, with a genuine interest in working with children with autism.
• Patience and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work well with others and independently.
