- Financial Oversight:
Share responsibility for profit and loss, including sales, costs, inventory, and labor. - Team Management:
Recruit, hire, and train staff; conduct weekly check‑ins with leaders; enforce procedures; and provide coaching and discipline as needed. - Guest Service:
Ensure exceptional guest experiences by setting high service standards and fostering inclusivity. - Inventory & Stock Control:
Manage inventory, monitor shrinkage, perform audits, ensure restocking, and communicate needs with suppliers and warehouse teams. - Operational Excellence:
Oversee supply ordering, enforce food safety processes, manage waste, and maintain accuracy in POS systems. - Leadership & Culture:
Foster continuous improvement, lead by example, and ensure best practices in loss prevention, merchandising, and compliance. - Target Achievement:
Consistently meet all goals and objectives as outlined in the company's definition of Success. - Additional Duties:
Travel between locations, assist with Retail Pro programming, and serve as a utility player as needed. - Other Duties as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications
- Retail Expertise:
Previous retail management experience with strong knowledge of purchasing, merchandising, and cost management. - Budgeting & Communication:
Effective in planning, budgeting, and clear communication at all levels. - Customer & Vendor Relations:
Friendly, courteous demeanor with the ability to build and maintain strong vendor and customer relationships. - Adaptability & Teamwork:
Able to work independently or collaboratively, with flexibility to handle challenges. - Attention to Detail:
Organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive. - Commitment & Enthusiasm:
Bring a positive attitude, a willingness to help others, and readiness to have fun. - Other Requirements:
Valid U.S. driver’s license.
