Columbia Heights Public Schools is seeking a Special Education Homebound Teacher to provide instruction to students with disabilities in a homebound setting within the district. The position is 0.625 FTE with prorated benefits and requires a Minnesota teaching license.
The teacher will assess student needs, develop and implement instructional plans aligned with IEPs, collaborate with families and school staff, and monitor progress over time.
