We pride ourselves on craftsmanship, creativity, and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a Laminated Closet Designer & Estimator to join our team. This role blends design expertise with cost estimation skills, ensuring projects meet client expectations, budget requirements, and production capabilities.

• Consult with clients to understand storage needs, style preferences, and space constraints.
• Develop detailed closet layouts using CAD/design software.
• Select laminated materials, finishes, and hardware to match client requirements.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and installation.
• In-home review of storage requirements.
• Generate quotations and proposals for clients.
• Collaborate with production and installation teams to ensure design feasibility.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and innovations.

• Strong knowledge of laminated materials and closet design systems.
• Proficiency in CAD/design software (AutoCAD, Sketch Up, 2020 Design, or similar).
• Experience in cost estimation and project budgeting.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in closet design, cabinetry, or furniture design.
• Prior experience in estimation or project costing is highly desirable.
