This residency provides structured training in the OR, with exposure to circulating and scrub roles in a Level I Trauma Center across seven ORs and robotic platforms. The program runs five months with a subsequent mentorship period, and schedules are typically 7am–3pm, Monday to Friday, with flexibility to accommodate shifts and service
