Mercy Clinic Sunset is seeking a Primary Care Nurse to support Mercy Primary Care Providers, triaging calls and messages and coordinating with the care team to drive quality outcomes for an attributed panel.
The role is on-site during training and transitions to a 50/50 hybrid model after training, with a Monday–Friday 08:00–16:30 schedule and no nights or weekends.
Active LPN or RN license with 2–3 years of experience is preferred;
Epic EMR proficiency and strong triage skills are highly valued.
