Top Shooters is a high-energy, fast-paced restaurant and bar known for exceptional service, strong teamwork, and a welcoming atmosphere. We are seeking an experienced and confident Front of House Manager to join our leadership team and help oversee front-of-house operations.
Full-Time | $22–$25 per hour + Bonuses
Position OverviewThe Front of House Manager is responsible for overseeing all front-of-house operations during assigned shifts. This is a hands‑on leadership role with direct responsibility for staff performance, service execution, and guest satisfaction. The position works closely with ownership, the General Manager, and the management team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities Shift Leadership and Operations- Lead assigned shifts, including opening and closing responsibilities
- Conduct pre‑shift walk‑throughs and complete safety and operational checklists
- Count cash drawers and maintain accurate cash and tip logs
- Ensure proper staffing levels and assist with scheduling coverage needs
- Train, coach, and supervise bartenders and barbacks
- Enforce policies, procedures, and service standards outlined in the employee handbook
- Address performance, attendance, and policy concerns promptly and professionally
- Serve as the manager on duty during assigned shifts
- Maintain high service standards and ensure a positive guest experience
- Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints professionally and efficiently
- Ensure staff are informed of promotions and consistently communicate them to guests
- Coordinate with the back‑of‑house team to ensure smooth and efficient service flow
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of all front‑of‑house areas
- Manage front‑of‑house supply inventory and place orders as needed
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards
- Identify and correct safety or operational issues in real time
- Utilize available data and feedback to evaluate employee performance and operational efficiency
- Attend weekly management meetings and regular supervision check‑ins
- Previous management or supervisory experience in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume setting
- Confident decision‑maker with a guest‑first mindset
