AR Coordinator

Base pay range

$20.00/hr - $32.00/hr

• Prepare and generate accurate and timely invoices for professional services rendered. Ensure compliance with our proposals, contracts, and rate tables
• Collaborate with various departments to assist with their billing process. Resolve billing discrepancies and issues promptly
• Maintain and update customer accounts and records
• Monitor and track outstanding invoices to ensure timely collections
• Work with clients to address and resolve payment discrepancies
• Generate and analyze aging reports to identify delinquent accounts
• Participate in a monthly collections meeting to provide updates on outstanding invoices
• Record and reconcile daily cash receipts in the accounting system
• Ensure accuracy in applying payments to the correct client accounts

• Proficiency in accounting systems and Excel
• Experience in a similar role or the knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
• Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
