• Competitive flat‑rate compensation. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job‑related factors as permitted by law.
• Tiered base rates:
  • A – $28.93 to $36.92 per hour, 30‑hour billable week guarantee.
  • B – $25.81 to $32.95 per hour, 20‑hour billable week guarantee.
  • C – $22.58 to $28.86 per hour, 20‑hour billable week guarantee.
• Productivity incentive bonus up to $1,100 per month.
• Typical schedule:
  
  5 days per week, usually Monday, Friday, and Saturday. Sundays off and an additional day off based on business need.

• Maintain in‑depth knowledge of specialized skills and continue to develop additional technical skills for flexibility in work assignments.
• Properly maintain tools and equipment and follow safety procedures.
• Accurately perform repairs and maintenance on all vehicles as specified in manufacturer‑designed procedures or accepted industry practices.

• Experience as an automotive technician with advanced diagnostic equipment; proven technical guidance ability.
• ASE certifications or equivalent car dealership certifications in automotive diagnostics/repairs preferred; or ability to obtain within 12 months of hire (paid by AAA).
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for prolonged periods.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Successful completion of pre‑employment screenings (background check, drug screening, fitness for duty assessment) if offered the position.
• Authorized to work in the USA.
