As we expand our reach and pursue new business opportunities, we are looking for a Proposal Manager / Writer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will be an expert in crafting compelling, winning proposals for government and commercial operations and maintenance (O&M) contracts. • Lead and manage the development of high-quality, compliant proposals for government and commercial facilities operations and maintenance contracts.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop win themes to support successful contract acquisitions.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather technical content and translate it into compelling, client-focused proposals.
• Develop, analyze, and support pricing strategies for O&M projects.
• Simultaneously oversee multiple proposal efforts to ensure timely and successful submissions.
• Maintain consistent, effective communication with cross‑functional teams throughout the proposal process.
• Travel to site visits as required to gain first‑hand knowledge and insight for proposal development.

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of five (5) years of recent, hands‑on experience writing and managing proposals in the facilities operations and maintenance industry.
• Proven success in developing and writing winning proposals for government and commercial O&M contracts.
• Deep knowledge of the requirements and nuances of commercial O&M proposal development.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to distill and translate information from technical experts into persuasive proposal content.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple, concurrent proposal projects.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel as needed for site visits and proposal development activities.
• Experience in proposal pricing is a plus.
