The Maryland Branch of Equitable Advisors has been a constant in the DC Metro, Maryland and Virginia communities for over 80 years. Situated in, and reflective of the communities they serve, our office in Maryland (Columbia) houses over 80 Financial Professionals and Staff support members and have an additional 50+ team members integrated throughout the region.

Key Job Responsibilities- Scheduling/reserving conference rooms
- Mail review and distribution, working closely with compliance
- New Business processing
- Assist in tracking of onboarding (working with Onboarding/Ops Manager)
- Ordering study materials for candidates who are testing
- Order pantry and office supplies
- Miscellaneous projects to include submitting bills through Ariba
The base salary range for this position is $48,000 - $50,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.

- Role is expected to be in house 5 days/week
- 1-2 years of experience in business is preferred

Office Administration: Knowledge of office administration activities; ability to carry out ongoing office administration tasks effectively and efficiently in support of local and remote teams.
Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
