Situated in, and reflective of the communities they serve, our office in Maryland (Columbia) houses over 80 Financial Professionals and Staff support members and have an additional 50+ team members integrated throughout the region.

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Scheduling/reserving conference rooms
  • Mail review and distribution, working closely with compliance
  • New Business processing
  • Assist in tracking of onboarding (working with Onboarding/Ops Manager)
  • Ordering study materials for candidates who are testing
  • Order pantry and office supplies
  • Miscellaneous projects to include submitting bills through Ariba

The base salary range for this position is $48,000 - $50,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.

Preferred Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in business is preferred

Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
