Key Responsibilities Oversee Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) compliance activities across a portfolio of affordable housing communities

Monitor resident files and program compliance requirements

Ensure adherence to federal, state, and agency regulations

Coordinate reporting requirements with investors, lenders, and regulatory agencies

Assist with audits and compliance reviews

Provide guidance and training to property management personnel

Support policy and procedure development related to affordable housing compliance

Partner with operations and leadership teams to mitigate risk and maintain compliance standards
