Dermatology Physician Asst LTC facilities Columbia, MD area - tons of flexibility

Seeking Physician Assistant to join team that provides general medical dermatology care to long-term care facilities across the US. We have 4 and 5-day full-time positions available in the Columbia, MD area. These roles will travel to 1-3 facilities in a day typically seeing 20 patients/day.

There is a shortage of dermatologists willing to travel to these types of facilities. By the time someone is seen in a practice it is often too late. This service provides early detection of skin related issues in a vulnerable population.

Prior dermatology experience as an PA, working under a clinical dermatologist, is required.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Group pays above market with a base salary plus 35% of collections.
• This is an independent practitioner role, your will be the face of the practice in these facilities and essentially have your own practice.
• There is a great deal of schedule flexibility, can start early or late, as long as patients are seen, we aren’t watching the hours you put in.
• Full-time employees are eligible for benefits, time-off and reimbursement for continuing education.
• Compensated for travel.
