Optometrist (Mt. Airy Eye Care) - Mount Airy, MD. Located in Mount Airy, Maryland, Mt. Airy Eye Care is seeking a motivated part-time Optometrist to join its medically oriented, growth-focused practice. Part of a three-practice, independently owned group, the practice is open to hiring across multiple offices, providing flexibility and a chance to be part of a dynamic, expanding team. The practice offers opportunities for future partnership and a career path aligned with growth in size.

As a part-time Optometrist, you will practice full-scope optometry with a focus on medical optometry within a team of professionals. A typical day involves treating approximately 3 patients per hour, utilizing state-of-the-art equipment such as OCT, Visual Field, and Optos to facilitate accurate assessments and precise diagnosis. This role is for two to three days per week.

You are a passionate, dedicated clinician committed to delivering exceptional eye care and improving the community’s vision health. You are skilled in comprehensive medical optometric care and fitting a wide range of contact lenses, capable of serving patients across varying age groups. You stay up to date with advancements in optometry and personalized treatment plans to support the practice’s growth and reputation.
