The role includes serving as Lead Teacher for a 2 year old preschool class and supporting a positive, productive, and rewarding environment for staff and children.

We provide ongoing professional development opportunities and expect staff to engage in regular training. The program uses proprietary curricula and inclusive activities designed to support early childhood development.

• Must be 18 or older
• At least 1 year of experience in an early childhood program
• 45 hour Preschool certification required
• 90 hour certification (Growth and Development/Methods and Materials) Preferred
• Associates Degree preferred
• CDA preferred
• Willingness to complete First Aid & CPR training
• Willingness to complete additional pre-service trainings as needed

• Able to lift and carry a 40-pound object

• Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
