Job Description
Our Client is seeking a dedicated BIM Manager to join their digital design/BIM team. The successful candidate will support project kick-off, manage daily model administration, and develop BIM strategies aligned with organizational goals. This role involves establishing and maintaining BIM standards, providing training, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The BIM Manager will facilitate collaboration among project teams and oversee BIM use throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities
  • Work as part of a digital design/BIM team to achieve consistent results.
  • Provide support for project kick-off information and create initial project setup with workflow documents.
  • Manage daily model administration and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement BIM strategies aligned with the organization's goals.
  • Provide training and support on BIM software and methodologies.
  • Establish and maintain BIM standards and protocols.
  • Facilitate collaboration among architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Oversee the use of BIM throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Stay updated with advancements in BIM software and technologies.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of BIM models.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand BIM-related needs and present solutions.
  • Identify potential risks related to BIM implementation and mitigate them.
  • Maintain documentation of BIM processes, standards, and workflows.
  • Provide reports on BIM implementation progress, benefits, and challenges.
Essential Skills
  • Proficiency in Revit, BIM 360, and design software.
  • Experience in developing BIM plans and overseeing design processes.
  • Ability to coordinate and collaborate with various construction teams.
  • Experience in drafting BIM documentation and guidelines.
  • Proficiency in Revisto, Sketch Up, and Enscape.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience with projects requiring Revit and integrated Architecture and Engineering consultants.
Additional

Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with Dynamo scripting.
  • Knowledge of additional software platforms such as Sketch Up or Enscape.
  • Experience with integration tools like Revisto.
Work Environment

The work environment includes a combination of remote work on Monday and Friday, with in-office work required on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.87 - $52.88/hr.
