Responsibilities- Lead and develop Manufacturing Engineering, Maintenance, Calibration, and Controls teams to ensure operational excellence.
- Drive initiatives that enhance productivity, quality, safety, and cost performance.
- Apply lean principles and data‑driven decision‑making to improve processes.
- Manage and implement large‑scale projects that deliver efficiency and cost savings.
- Partner with multifunctional teams to deliver impactful outcomes.
- Build and maintain a culture of continuous improvement and lean transformation.
- Ensure compliance with Safety, GMP, FDA Quality System Regulation, ISO, and AATB standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical or managerial position.
- Proven large‑scale project management experience.
- Experience in Bio‑tissue or Pharmaceutical operations preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Quality Systems and Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $129,750 - $194,500 USD annually. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job‑related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
