Valkyrie Enterprises has an immediate opening for a Threat Analysis Engineer
- Entry Level in Columbia, MD. This position provides support across various technical areas, serving as a multi-disciplinary analyst to multiple projects and programs. Gain a wide breadth of experience across multiple disciplines both internally and externally to SEG.

• Data analysis and visualizations, including responding to quick reaction quests for analysis.
• Analysis comparing intelligence information to existing data for various uses and purposes.
• Develop and present briefings capturing analysis, intelligence information, and technology trends.
• Perform studies and initial modeling efforts in support of various customer needs on quick turn tasking with limited scopes.
• Documentation and presentation of work to internal and external customers.
• Reviewing engineering briefs.
• Preparing and present analyses to customers within context of customer needs.

• Must have a Bachelor of Science degree or Master of Science degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering and at least 0-3 years of related experience.
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communications skills to convey abstract concepts to both technical and non-technical audience.
• Must be able to construct succinct and focused briefs conveying a clear message to the customer.
• Must be able to design and execute meaningful analysis.
• Must have interpersonal skills to enable working, interfacing, and correlating technical approaches with a diverse team to understand and recommend forward-leaning tasks to the program managers.
• Must be skilled in use of Python or MATLAB to read-in, interpret, analyze and plot diverse data.
• Must have strong organization and data management skills.

• Two or more years of relevant industry experience, preferred.
• Experience presenting at technical reviews utilizing Microsoft Office, preferred.
• Programming experience and scripting in a Linux Environment, preferred.
• Knowledge of aerospace/defense systems technology domains, preferred.
• Experience with cruise and/or ballistic missile defense programs, preferred.
• Knowledge of adversary or domestic cruise and/or ballistic missiles, preferred.

• Must have an Active DoD Secret Security clearance, and the ability to maintain clearance.

• Minimal travel required.
