Leasing Agent (47209)

Two Coast Living is seeking a Leasing Agent to serve as the friendly face and trusted guide for potential residents, walking them through the journey of finding their perfect home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apartment Matchmaker – greet and assist future residents to find the right apartment home.
  • Tour Guide with a Twist – show off our beautiful, move-in-ready apartments with enthusiasm and charm.
  • Resident Cheerleader – build trust and rapport with current residents to create a welcoming community.
  • Leasing Rockstar – work closely with your team to hit leasing goals while keeping customer service top-notch.
  • Renewal Expert – help current residents renew their leases because they can’t imagine living anywhere else.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Pay + Commissions – earn anywhere from $25 to $100 per lease, paid monthly.
  • Full-Time Flexibility – work on our busiest days, including Fridays, Saturdays, and the occasional Sunday or holiday.

  • To be eligible for holiday pay, employees must have completed 90 days of employment and worked the last scheduled day before and the first day after the holiday.

Qualifications

Required

Skills and Abilities:

  • Treat all current and future residents with the highest level of concern and care; demonstrate a natural disposition towards personal and public safety; operate from a place of integrity, honesty, and ethics.
  • Able and willing to maintain regular attendance and punctuality to ensure all essential duties are fulfilled.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to write and speak clearly and free of typos or grammatical mistakes.
  • Treat everyone with respect and dignity, accept responsibility and take ownership of tasks, follow through on commitments, take initiative and maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, strong time-management skills with a proven ability to meet goals and deadlines.
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience
  • A high school diploma or GED is required; an undergraduate degree is preferred.
  • Previous property management experience with a proven track record in leasing or sales is required.
  • Natural disposition for sales and understanding of sales techniques and processes.
Physical Requirements
  • Must work on heavy traffic days:
    Fridays, Saturdays weekly, Sundays as needed, holidays during peak business hours, at least one closing shift weekly.
  • Leasing Consultants will be scheduled according to company guidelines and must approve schedules with their supervisor.
  • Travel:
    None.
  • Work environment: general office environment, ability to lift or move items up to 10 pounds, move around property standing or walking for extended periods, climbing stairs in various weather conditions.
  • FLSA Status:
    Nonexempt.
