ISSJ III Source Intelligence Analysts; ASIA – Expert

Overview

BTS Software Solutions is seeking All-Source Intelligence Analysts (ASIA) for the ISSJ III – All-Source Intelligence Analysts (ASIA) – Expert role. The position involves researching, developing, and presenting intelligence products at the operational level for senior leaders, commanders, and staff. Analysts will perform all-source intelligence analysis and production, coordinating with Combatant Command and Intelligence Community counterparts to support Special Operations Forces (SOF) unique operational and tactical intelligence requirements.

Some ASIA billets may require serving as the USSOCOM representative during non-duty hours and supporting 24/7 rotational shift hours.

• Research, develop, and present intelligence products for operational level use by senior leaders, commanders, and staff.
• Conduct all-source intelligence analysis and production.
• Interface with Combatant Command and Intelligence Community counterparts to maximize collaboration and situational awareness.
• Provide analytic support to Counter terrorism/Violent Extremist Organizations (CT/VEO), Integrated Deterrence, Tactical Combat Operations (TCO), Security Impact Analysis (SIA), CWMD, and crisis response operations and missions.
• Prepare and present formal or informal briefings as required.
• Possess proficiency in analytic techniques, current analytic tools, and production of high-quality intelligence products (assessments, finished products, papers, presentations).

• Minimum of six (6) years of experience as an all-source intelligence analyst within the DoD or equivalent Government agencies, with four (4) years at the operational level.
• Proficiency in current all-source analytical techniques, methodologies, processes, and trends.
• Expert knowledge of the current suite of all-source intelligence tools.
• Experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Lieutenant Colonel (O-5) / GS-14 level or higher.
