Registered Behavior Technician; RBT — Columbia, MD

Autism Center of Excellence (Autism

COE) is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with autism in the Columbia, MD area. RBTs provide 1:1 ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

This position is open to full-time and part-time candidates. We have a strong need for RBTs who are available during late afternoon and evening hours (4:00 PM – 8:00 PM) and who are willing to provide in-home services as needed.

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism

• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA

• Collect and document accurate session data

• Support communication, social, and daily living skill development

• Follow behavior intervention and safety plans

• Communicate professionally with caregivers and clinical team

• Participate in supervision, training, and team collaboration

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification

• High school diploma or higher

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel for in-home services

• Professional, dependable, and compassionate work style

• Ability to follow clinical direction from a BCBA

• Experience providing in-home ABA services

• Experience working with children with autism or developmental needs

• Ability to engage with children at floor level

• Ability to lift or assist up to approximately 30–50 lbs as needed

• Ability to pass required background checks

• Hourly pay: $22–$27 per hour (experience-dependent)
