Hello ABA is looking for a compassionate and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Columbia, Maryland.

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop evidence‑based, person‑centered treatment plans.
• Incorporate ACT‑based strategies to build psychological flexibility, emotional regulation, and values‑driven action.
• Design and supervise strength‑based, play‑focused programming that centers client motivation and engagement.

Natural Environment Teaching that supports generalization, spontaneity, and joy in learning.
• Train and mentor RBTs to implement teaching strategies with warmth, attunement, and fidelity.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and community partners to support whole‑child growth.
• Monitor progress through both data and observable indicators of well‑being, especially the core markers of being happy, relaxed, and engaged tetapi.

• Maryland licensure or eligibility required
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills
