Pay From: $19 per hour

MUST:
Experience working as a Medical Receptionist
Must have 2 plus years of experience as a Medical Receptionist experience
Must have experience working with EMR systems
Must have experience scheduling appointments
Must be comfortable handling heavy incoming calls
Experience handling insurance verifications
Must have experience with collection of copayments

DUTIES:
Registers new patients with complete and accurate demographics according to procedure
Verifies patient's insurance eligibility and benefits at each visit
Updates patients' charts so that the information is entered correctly
Scans documents into the electronic medical record as directed.
Completes work daily to compile missing demographic and insurance information for billing purposes
Obtain prior authorizations for care
Answer phones taking patient demographic information
