Job SummaryThe HR Coordinator is an entry-level role that provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources team. This position is ideal for someone looking to start a career in HR and gain hands‑on experience across new hire onboarding, HRIS systems, benefits administration, and HR compliance. The HR Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring smooth day‑to‑day HR operations and a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate new hire onboarding activities
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and personnel files
- Support benefits administration by assisting with enrollments, changes, and employee inquiries
- Help prepare HR documents such as corporate training, employee handbook updates, and policy revisions
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives, training coordination, and company events
- Assist with reporting, audits, and HR metrics as requested
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, maintaining office supply inventory, break room inventory control, and other duties as assigned
Required:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Quantifiable interest in Human Resources (prior experience, internship, education, certification, etc.)
- Customer‑service mindset with a professional demeanor. Must be interested in teamwork, high fives, and have a growth mindset that fuels your learning and development
- Collaborative team player with a willingness to learn. Professionalism is a must. We preach a helpful and caring environment as the standard!
